Lee joined our team following roles applying sport science in industry and across the High-Performance Sport System. He provided physiology support to Team GB athletes in the build-up to the Olympic Games and was part of a team that identified performance solutions in order to enhance medal-winning potential. He has a PhD in Exercise Physiology, with published research investigating mechanisms of recovery and adaptation in well-trained endurance cyclists. His cycling consists of using his CXR, come rain or shine, for the daily commute to work.
