A smooth welded, 6061 alloy frame with butted tube profiles sits at the core of the ADV 8.6 Womens Adventure bike. To complement its clean aesthetic, the frames, thinned tubes, and carbon fork play their part in reducing weight and improving ride quality.
In addition to its engaging and responsive handling, the ADV's versatility shines through. It boasts hidden mounts for full-length mudguards, fixings for a pannier rack, dropper post routing, and bottle and storage fixings on the top tube, seat tube, downtube and fork legs.
The ADV 8.6 Womens is fitted with Shimano's Sora 9 speed groupset that's robust whilst maintaining a stylish and clean design and utilises technology adopted from higher-level groupsets.
The double 30/46 tooth chainset and the 9-speed, 11-34 tooth cassette at the rear provide a range of low gears that help to tame steep hills while allowing you to maintain power and speed on the flat at the higher end.
